We offer custom, small batch rubber compounding in a full color range and a wide variety of elastomer types:

- Batch size range: 20 lbs. – 50 lbs. single batch size (minimum order quantity)
- Batch delivery: Slabs
- Custom colors: Customizable to match your requirements
Calendering
We offer low gauge, high precision rubber calendering in a full color range and a wide variety of elastomer types:
- Calendering technology: 4 roll inverted “L” calender
- Rubber sheet gauge: 0.010” to 0.040” (+/- 10%)
- Rubber sheet width: 15”
- Standard & custom colors: Customizable colors to match
your requirements
Printing
We specialize in printing on rubber and elastomeric substrates utilizing custom solvent inks:
- Screen printing technology: Graphic flatbed press
- Print size: Up to 16” x 22”
- Number of colors: Up to 4 colors
- Standard & custom colors: Customizable colors to match your requirements
Die Cutting
Utilizing a metal die, we customize labels to a specific and desired shape.
- Die cutting technology: Clam-shell, digital knife, laser
- Capabilities: Steel rule die cutting and kiss cutting
- Sheet size: 14” x 20”
- PSA transfer tape can be applied prior to die cutting
- We can print, and mark your die cut product with logos, barcodes and QR code identification
Laser Marking, Cutting, and Engraving
Our laser cutter and engraver allows us to customize the shape of any rubber sheet. Additionally, we can permanently mark and engrave rubber and other elastomeric products with identification marks, such as model numbers, bar codes, logos, and more.
Together with our printing capabilities, we can provide fully integrated graphic solutions to our customers.
